OKFunalo Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to OKFunalo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and OKFunalo ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the OKFunalo website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, and any other services offered through okfunalo.net.

By registering an account on OKFunalo, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the OKFunalo platform.

OKFunalo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use OKFunalo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. OKFunalo operates a strict minimum age policy and maintains zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the area where you are located.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person — all accounts on OKFunalo must be personal accounts operated by and for the registered individual only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an OKFunalo employee or business partner where a conflict of interest exists.

OKFunalo uses automated and manual systems to identify accounts showing indicators of underage use. Any account reasonably suspected of being operated by a minor will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one OKFunalo account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or in coordination with another person — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. This information must match your government-issued identification documents. OKFunalo will rely on the information you provide for identity verification and payment processing.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKFunalo username and password. OKFunalo will never ask for your password through any communication channel — if you receive any message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your OKFunalo login credentials with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for additional security.
• Notify OKFunalo support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date so that OKFunalo can reach you for security purposes.

OKFunalo is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

OKFunalo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on OKFunalo are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method — please check your account dashboard for current limits.

Key payment rules that apply to all OKFunalo accounts:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible.
• OKFunalo requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

OKFunalo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer as published on the OKFunalo Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that offer only.

General bonus rules that apply across all OKFunalo promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly for each promotion (e.g., 30× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total bets before withdrawal).
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one OKFunalo bonus can be active per account at any given time.
• Bonus abuse: Coordinated bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements at low risk — is strictly prohibited. OKFunalo reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings from any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern sports betting activity on OKFunalo, including football, basketball (PBA and NBA), tennis, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets on OKFunalo are accepted subject to availability of the market. OKFunalo reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on OKFunalo are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Live/in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the current match state at the time of acceptance. In-play bets that are placed after an event-affecting incident (a goal, a red card, an injury) but before the OKFunalo system has processed that event may be voided at OKFunalo's discretion.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided if: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period; the market is settled in error; palpably incorrect odds were offered due to a technical or human error; or the bet was placed on a suspended market due to a system delay.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. OKFunalo uses official league and federation results as the primary source. Live score providers are used for display purposes only and are not the settlement authority.
• Maximum winnings: Single-event and accumulator bet winnings are subject to OKFunalo's maximum payout limits as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

7Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games available on OKFunalo — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and Ezugi, as well as RNG-based slots from JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other providers — are governed by the rules published within each individual game and by these Terms.

• Game integrity: All OKFunalo slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained professional dealers in certified studios.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or disconnection during a game round, OKFunalo will review the round and settle it based on the available game state data. If the round cannot be fairly reconstructed, all bets placed on that round will be voided and stakes returned.
• RTP accuracy: The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for games on OKFunalo represent long-run theoretical return rates. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OKFunalo. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one OKFunalo account for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account or identity to fund your OKFunalo account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the OKFunalo platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of OKFunalo for the purpose of transferring illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players or OKFunalo staff to manipulate game outcomes or obtain unfair advantages.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation on OKFunalo sportsbook markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OKFunalo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing OKFunalo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location.

9Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

OKFunalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Evidence of underage gambling or use of a false identity.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

If OKFunalo closes your account for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation determines no breach occurred, the balance will be returned minus any amounts owed to OKFunalo. If a breach is confirmed, OKFunalo reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable rules.

Players may close their own OKFunalo account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within standard processing times, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds apply.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the OKFunalo platform — including but not limited to the OKFunalo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content provided under licence from third-party providers, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of OKFunalo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use OKFunalo solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any OKFunalo content without prior written permission from OKFunalo.

Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the OKFunalo platform is expressly prohibited. Violation of this section may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

11Limitation of Liability

OKFunalo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While OKFunalo strives to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate odds and game information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OKFunalo's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

OKFunalo is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds or game information caused by technical errors.
• Losses resulting from delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment provider outages.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits OKFunalo's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Your continued use of OKFunalo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any proposed changes, you may close your OKFunalo account before the changes take effect and withdraw your remaining balance. Closing your account after receiving a change notice will be treated as a voluntary closure and processed accordingly.
